Exchanges & Refunds

Exchanges are only offered on items that arrive broken, damaged, or were sent incorrectly. Customers must contact Hmong Jewelry via Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/hmongjewelry) within 7 days from the date of delivery. All returned items must appear new and unworn, in their original condition, and carefully and securely wrapped in their original packaging. If you do not follow this process, your exchange may be refused or delayed. You will be responsible for shipping costs when returning items.
